We arrived in Quito at around 11:20 at night (our conecting flight was delayed for a couple of hours). When we got off the plane we took a bus to the airport. Going through custons was a zoo. We waited for twenty minutes for our pasports to be checked! It took so long that our luggage was already waiting for us! The we waited in line for 10 minutes for the baggage check. The good news was when we were done the baggage check, our guy was waiting for us. It was quick getting out of the airport from there. It was a 10 minute drive to the hotel. Our room had a little balcony with a view of the city and a park. The next morning I got up at 8:30 after staying up to 2:30 in the morning. I had Cereal and watermelon for breakfeast. They also had really good hot choclate and OJ. Later this morning we will go to visit Old Quito. The trip has been really great so far!

I'm at the airport ready to leave! Now I just have to wait 3 hours to board the plane!

We are leaving around 11:15 on Monday for the country. We have one stop in Miami and then another 4 hour flight we will not arrive in Ecuador Until 7:30 which is really 8:30 our time. You might see some pictures that night but I will definitely have pictures the next morning before we go off to explore the city!

Going to Ecuador on the 19th of July! We will be there for seven days! I will post pictures of Ecuador when we get there. Can't wait!
